Sunday May 1 is the Annual Bud Break 5K at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Nordic Walkers are invited to participate with poles for the first time, and it’s not too late to join us at 8am for registration. Being an avid gardener the Arboretum is one of my favorite places to walk. Regardless of the time of year you’ll find something of interest along the path, and there’s many miles of paths and trails to choose from. This weekend there will be early spring blooms, the first splashes of color in the gardens. I can’t wait!
This event kicks off a whole month of great Nordic Walking!
