We’re leaving on Thursday morning so today was our last day at Big Sky. Michelle had the day off and it was a treat to ski with her all afternoon. We ducked into Bear’s Lair for Sammy and hit Liberty Bowl when it opened mid afternoon for some sweet turns in 6 inches of new snow.
I’ve been skiing my Nordic Nemesis pretty exclusively since getting back from Beaver Creek. If you had told me that my favorite all mountain ski would be 96 mm under foot I would never have believed you. But this ski is great! It really does everything I ask it to do, well maybe not those quick short fall line turns that Minnesotans are so fond of doing, but it does carve a nice turn on the groomers and excels in crud and deeper snow. I love it!
