Would you like to get more out of your daily fitness walk? Are you curious about what all those people are doing walking with poles? Would you like to walk taller with more stability and confidence?
Join us for a Free “Taste of Nordic Walking”. Discover for yourself the fun and fitness of Nordic Walking; work your body, connect with nature and refresh your spirit all while simply walking with a pair of poles.
You can drop in anytime between 10am and noon for your taste. There will be instructors on hand to answer your questions, to fit you with poles and to take you for your first Nordic walk. Poles will be available for use during this program with a photo ID.
