St Cloud Parkinson's Nordic Walking Group

This weekly walk is hosted by the St Cloud Parkinson's Support Group.  It is an open walking group, you do not have to be a member of the support group or have Parkinson's to join us.  Walks are free, poles are available for use during the walks and I will provide a short introduction to the basic technique for any new comers.

Meet us at Lake George by the granite fountains.  We will walk for 45 minutes but you are encouraged to walk the pace and distance that is good for you.  Please wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather.
