This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday evening of the month at 6pm for approximately an hour walk on the Glacial Lakes Trail. All walkers are welcome to join us, poles and a quick introduction to Nordic Walking technique will be available on the 2nd Thursday evening. You do not have to have poles to walk with this group. Please check my facebook page for updates on the meeting location in the event they decide to stray off into unknown areas this fall.
Meeting location is the trail head across the street from the New London Middle School. There is a group email that goes out so if you are interested in joining them please contact me for more information. lindamlemke@gmail.com
