Empower your walk with Nordic Walking poles and turn it into a total body workout, engaging up to 90% of your muscles while increasing your heart rate and calorie burn. Walk tall and enjoy the natural rhythm of Nordic Walking while relieving the stress on your lower joints. You will learn safe and effective Nordic walking technique. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather, we will be going outdoors. Youth age 15 to 17 may register when accompanied by a registered guardian.
