Emphasis will be on developing good technique on the trail to maximize the upper body workout as students gain confidence and experience. LEKI Nordic walking poles will be available for use during class. Dress for the weather, we will be going outdoors. We will meet at Purgatory Creek and enjoy the outdoors!
