Hoigaard's Outdoor Women, HOW, Nordic Walk together on Tuesday evenings through October. Join us at 6:15 for approximately an hour walk. We meet at different locations each week and LEKI Nordic Walking poles will be available to use for free. Yes all levels of walkers from beginner to experienced are encouraged to come and yes you can bring the man in your life!
