Free Group Nordic Walk at French Regional Park

It's always more fun in a group so we'll be nordic walking on the cross country ski trails at French Regional Park the second and fourth Saturday mornings in November and December until it snows. Once it snows we'll change over to the paved trails or switch out to our nordic equipment. Poles and a quick "how to" will be available for all newcomers. Get off trail to enjoy some walking in the cold. It's great preseason conditioning also. All levels of walkers invited.
