It's always more fun with a group. Join us at Centennial Lakes on the third and fifth Tuesdays in January for a free group Nordic Walk. Poles and a quick "how to" will be available for all new comers. This is a flat, well lit and maintained trail in a very safe location. One lap is 1.5 miles or go for two for a perfect 3 mile walk. Dress for the weather, this is an outdoor walk.
