The simple addition of Nordic Walking poles to your daily fitness walk turns it into an all body workout. Step up to the new way to walk with better posture, improved core strength, increased heart rate and better balance. This class will include an introduction to the history and benefits of Nordic Walking followed by instruction on safe and effective Nordic Walking technique. This is a 3 part class recurring Wednesdays June 3,10 and 17. Nordic Walking poles will be available for use during the class. Please dress for the weather and do not bring valuables to class as we will be going outdoors to walk.
