Pedal and Roll Parkinson's Nordic Walk

Movement is Medicine!

Persons living with Parkinson's are invited to join us at the Fridley Senior Center for a Parkinson's friendly group walk sponsored by Pedal, Roll and Stroll for Parkinson's.  If you have your own poles bring them along, no poles - no problem we will have some for you to use during this walk.  There will also be a quick introduction t0 walking with poles for any newcomers.  Wear your walking shoes, dress for the weather and come for a bit of exercise and great conversation with new friends.
