Pedal and Roll Parkinson's Nordic Walk

All of our Nordic Walks are inclusive. We welcome all walkers regardless of experience, fitness level or movement limitations. We are scheduling some walks with Pedal and Roll to encourage individuals with Parkinson's and their caregivers to come and try Nordic Walking. Poles and short introductions to Nordic Walking will be available. Please rsvp to Lindamlemke@gmail.com with questions and to let us know you're going to join us.
