Outdoor Walks at Centennial Lakes

Hosted by Liz Ogren of pedal and roll for Parkinson's these walks are free and open to all walkers. A special invitation to all of our friends with Parkinson's to get out for a group walk.  Meet the group near the fountains in front of the Pavilion on the lower level by Core Power Yoga.  Nordic Walking poles will be available to use during these walks and a quick 'how to" will be available for all new walkers.  Please rsvp to liz@pedalandroll.org.
