Nordic Walking Intro Ridgepoint Senior Apartments

This free, open to the public introduction is hosted by Ridgepoint Senior Apartments Nature Club in Minnetonka, MN. There will be a short presentation on the history and benefits of Nordic walking followed by the chance for participants to take their first walk with the poles outside on the beautiful trails around the grounds. LEKI and Exerstrider Nordic Walking poles will be available for use during this program. Poles will also be available for purchase.
