Nordic walking incorporates poles into walking to increase the benefits of walking no matter your level of fitness. Using the poles increases the heart rate, provides strength training for arms and shoulders, burns more calories, adds support for knees and ankles and helps with balance. Discover the basics with a short lesson and fine tune your technique with provided poles. Wear good walking shoes as we will be going outdoors to walk.
