Walk with confidence and stability with the simple addition of Nordic walking poles. Enjoy better posture, improved core strength, increased overall fitness and better balance. Nordic Walking is easy to learn, fun to do and a great fitness activity to share with friends. This class will include an introduction to the history and benefits of Nordic Walking as well as instruction on safe and effective Nordic Walking technique. This is a 3 part class recurring Wednesdays from 9-10am May 6,13,and 20. Nordic Walking poles will be available for use during class. Please dress for the weather and do not bring valuables to class as we will be going outside to walk.
