The simple addition of Nordic Walking poles turns your walk into a total body fitness workout. This course introduces the theory and basic technique for Nordic Walking. Emphasis will be on developing good technique to maximize the upper body workout as students gain confidence and experience. Students will use LEKI Nordic Walking poles during the class. Dress for the weather, we will go outdoors.
