This Introduction will familiarize you with the many benefits of Nordic Walking and introduce safe and effective beginning technique for walking with poles. Dress for the weather, we will be going outdoors. Nordic Walking poles available for use during class. Registration fee is $3 and is through St Louis Park Community Ed 952.928.6442
