Intro to Nordic Walking

Wondering what all those people are doing with poles? Come and find out! Introductory Class with Plymouth Park and Rec at the Bass Lake Playfields. The class will include the history and benefits of Nordic walking along with your first walk with poles using safe and effective beginning technique. Poles will be available for use during class. Wear walking shoes and dress for the weather as we will be outdoors. class #42678
