Hosted by Liz Ogren of pedal and roll for Parkinson's these walks are free and open to all walkers. Meet inside the main West entrance to Ridgedale, next to Macy's and Big Bowl, and bring your poles for Tuesday morning walks. The upper floor is carpeted so it works well for the poles. Nordic Walking Poles will be available for use during these walks and a quick "how to" will be available for all newcomers. RSVP to Liz@pedalandroll.org
