Hoigaards Nordic Walking Tuesdays

Hoigaard's Outdoor Women, HOW, Nordic Walk together once per week April thru October. They meet at a different location each week so watch the locations carefully. Come at 6:00 for approximately an hour walk, there is always an option of doing a shorter and slower walk. LEKI Nordic Walking poles will be available to use for free. Yes all levels of walkers from beginner to experienced are encouraged to come and yes you can bring your friends, family and life partners! Check Hoigaards website for the weekly location.
