Now that you got your poles for Christmas you're invited to a free Intro to Nordic Walking, Saturday January 19, 9am at Hoigaards. This free class will include a brief discussion of history and benefits of walking with poles followed by your first Nordic walk outdoors. Poles will be provided, dress for the weather as we will be going outdoors.
