Free Group Nordic Walk at Ridgedale Center

It's cold and icy so we're moving some of our walks indoors. Meet at the main West entrance to Ridgedale and bring your poles for early Saturday morning walks. The upper floor is carpeted so it works well for the poles. Demo Nordic Walking Poles and a quick "how to" will be available for all newcomers. All levels of walkers invited. This will be our last walk of the 2013 season. Enjoy the holiday season and be sure to come back for more walks in January!
