Beyond the Basics - Nordic Walking Clinic Fridley

This class is designed for the current Nordic Walker who would like to take a class focusing on getting more out of their walks with poles.

We will begin with a review of basic Nordic Walking technique and move towards optimizing your Nordic Walking Workout with personal attention to your technique and the introduction of specific interval exercises.
