Sometimes just a taste is enough to make you want more of a good thing. Nordic Walking is like that. The first time you try the poles you will experience the improved balance, the extra workout and the relaxing rhythm of the poles. It's easy to learn, fun to do and a great activity to share with family and friends. This intro will include a short discussion of the benefits of adding Nordic walking poles to your daily walk followed by the opportunity to try it for yourself. Poles will be available for use during this program. Please wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather as we will be going outside.
