It's always more fun in a group, so let's build a community of walkers all over the Twin Cities area! POP - Power of Poles refers to the extra workout you get from the poles as well as the power of the poles to help you become more fit, less stressed and more motivated to get outdoors and move!
POP Up walks are free community walks scheduled to pop up to all over the metro again this summer. This May Day walk is at the Three Rivers Park District French Park on Sunday May 1 at 1pm. We will meet in front of the visitor center. All walks will be beginner friendly and Nordic Walking poles will be available for use during the walks.
