Come move with us! Hosted by the Willmar Parkinson's Support Group, this Nordic Walking group is supported by Club Bethesda in Willmar, MN. We meet at 10am on the 4th Wednesday of the month from May through October for outdoor walking. Poles and quick introduction to Nordic walking available for all new walkers. Please park on the east end of the building and meet us at the door to Club Bethesda.
These walks are free to all walkers. You will be encouraged to walk the time and distance that is comfortable for you. Walkers of all levels of fitness and mobility are invited and encouraged to come and join us.
You do not have to register for these walks. It's helpful to know how many are coming so please rsvp to lindamelemke@gmail.com
