St Cloud Parkinson's Support Group Walk

Join me at 12:00 noon for a short Nordic walk before the St Cloud Parkinson's Support Group meeting. We will meet at ILIC, Independent Lifestyles in Sartell MN, outside in the parking lot and enjoy some moving time outside. Poles and a quick introduction to Nordic Walking available for all new walkers. Good conversation and new friends the bonus! All levels of walkers invited and encouraged to attend.
