Big Lake, MN - Taste of Nordic Walking

Treat yourself to a taste of Nordic Walking and turn your everyday "vanilla" walk into a "hot fudge sundae" kind of walk. With poles in hand you will enjoy a more upright posture, work your whole body and improve your overall fitness. Drop in for just a taste, learn about the many benefits, the special poles we use, and the beginning basic technique.

LEKI Nordic Walking Poles will be available for use during the class. Wear your walking shoes so you can strap on poles and step out chin up - shoulders down and back, and try it for yourself. It will "taste" so good we know you'll be back for more!
