It's always more fun in a group! Join our Nordic Walk at the Sartell Community Center at 10:30am on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. This free weekly walk is a community event and all walkers are invited and encouraged to join us. Whether you have poles or are simply curious about what everyone is doing with them, this walk is for you!
We plan to walk for an hour however everyone is invited to walk the pace and distance that is comfortable for them. We will walk the trail behind the community center and beyond. It's a beautiful trail, free walk, free poles to use, free parking, free stimulating conversation and of course a chance to walk with the Nordic Walking Queen!
Poles are available for use during the walks and there will be a short introduction to the basic technique for any new comers. Walks are scheduled through August. The walks are free but we ask that you please register with Sartell Community Ed so that we will have contact info for all walkers.
